The weather's been so lovely lately~~~~~ I went for a drive out to Paju and discovered a fresh fruit bingsu spot! Let me introduce Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store, famous as a bingsu spot in Paju!

Hours and the weekday seating vibe
Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store is open from 10 AM to 9 PM, every day, no closed days! When I visited on a weekday, only the 2nd floor was open.
With the weather being so nice these days, I really loved how open and airy the indoor space felt! There's terrace seating too, so eating outside would be nice. It suddenly got super windy though, so I settled in inside :)

Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store is famous as a fresh fruit bingsu spot where whole fresh fruit gets piled on top! So today I decided bingsu it is, and ordered the peach snow bingsu! 🌟
Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store also sells all kinds of other dessert menu items besides bingsu! There were so many items kids would love~ Today was bingsu, next time I'll try coffee with dessert!
Fruit Forest's fruit showcase and ripened fruit
Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store pulls fruit from the store's showcase the moment your bingsu order comes in and makes it right then. The owner took the fruit out personally as soon as the order came in, and when I went over to look at the showcase, it was packed with genuinely fresh fruit!!!!
Looks like they sell fruit directly too, which made me think this is a proper fresh fruit bingsu shop! I was craving peach today, but seeing the color of the mangoes made me think....! the mango bingsu must be really sweet and delicious too
They even ripen the fruit themselves so they can serve it to customers at its tastiest stage! It really boosted my trust that the bingsu at Fruit Forest comes with properly good fruit on top!
I also caught them cutting the ice and fruit the moment the order came in! True to the name 'snow bingsu,' they shaved the ice incredibly fine!
How was the peach snow bingsu?
Fruit Forest's peach snow bingsu (₩28,000) comes with soft, ripened peach piled up like a mountain. Here comes the peach snow bingsu~ 🍑 🍑 🍑 The moment it hit the table, the room filled with a sweet, fragrant peach scent!
A totally different level of visual from the frozen fruit or syrup-drenched bingsu you see at marts or regular cafés! Soft, tender peach at peak sweetness piled up like a mountain — every bite burst with juice!
Maybe because it's made fresh right from the fruit they sell in-store, the fruit's own freshness and vibrancy really came through — genuinely delicious! And since it's snow bingsu, it melted away smoothly in my mouth...!
Is it okay to eat with a kid?
Fruit Forest's peach snow bingsu isn't artificially sweetened with sugar syrup — it's sweet from well-ripened fruit, so I felt totally at ease eating it with a kid. My kid would have loved this so much, I was so sad they couldn't come along today ㅜㅜ
