Why pay extra attention to calcium for a one-year-old?
Calcium is incredibly important for a one-year-old, right? I hear that Korean babies and toddlers are commonly deficient in it, especially because intake of calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D can decrease when babies begin weaning foods and toddler meals. Products such as Grow Lab were developed to address that issue, and this one can supplement the nutrients growing children need.

Watching your child grow so quickly is such a joy, isn't it? But calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D are so important for healthy growth. These essential nutrients, often called Cal-Mag-D, help strengthen bones and the skeleton and help the nerves and muscles work well. Without enough of them, proper growth can be difficult.
Grow Lab also contains vitamin K and manganese to support healthy growth in babies and toddlers. Manganese is especially needed for building bones and using energy, and it helps protect our bodies from harmful oxygen.

My concerns after starting whole milk
Many parents start giving whole milk after their baby turns one, and I did too, regularly giving it to my little daughter while wondering whether it was enough. Whole milk is considered relatively well absorbed among calcium-containing foods, but I learned that it contains only around 30 mg per 100 ml—less than I expected.
A baby can drink up to 600 ml a day, but I hear that drinking too much can affect hormonal balance. So I realized there is a limit to how much they can drink. In this situation, Grow Lab can be a solution for supplementing the calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D children need. It helps them eat more balanced meals beyond milk, so it can play a really important role in a child's healthy growth.

30 individually wrapped sachets and the powder texture
There are 30 sachets total in one box, and the package is very sturdy, which is great for storage. Because it is safely packaged this way, I can conveniently take out one sachet whenever I need it—so handy.

When I tore open a sachet, it was an off-white powder. It was not as ultra-fine as starch or flour, but the particles were fairly fine. This product uses technology intended to minimize calcium's characteristic gritty texture.
Because of that, it blends naturally into any food without feeling out of place, which was nice because it did not take extra effort to give it to her. I tend to mix it into drinks, and since there are no artificial additives, it does not spoil the taste of the ingredients. Maybe that is why my child takes it so readily without resistance.

Mixed into her after-daycare milk snack
My little one always drinks milk as a snack when she gets home from daycare. It is practically a routine, haha... This time, I added Grow Lab Toddler Cal-Mag-D to it. After tearing open the sachet, adding it, and giving it a good shake, the particles blended really well without settling on the bottom.

How did she react?
Even with the product mixed in, it apparently did not feel unfamiliar to her. She drank it completely normally, as if nothing bothered her—just as she always does. Watching her sit on the sofa and enjoy it was so cute and satisfying~
Since babies can take it without resistance like this, a big advantage is that you can mix it into a variety of foods, including weaning foods, porridge, and purées.

Our little princess finished it in no time! After drinking every last drop, she neatly closed the lid of her straw cup and handed it to Mommy. These days, she is so good at bringing me empty dishes and cups, haha.
Using Grow Lab as part of getting calcium into my one-year-old made it easy to give, and our little princess accepted it well, so it was very convenient. As a mom, I could not ask for more than being able to give my child important nutrients for healthy growth easily and deliciously. I think it will continue to be an essential in our family!
