Think Fruit's peach soufflé came out generous, with plenty of peach piled on top of a fluffy soufflé. The sweet peach and soft soufflé went well together, and having the fruit in there kept the dessert from feeling too heavy.

Finally the whole order came out at once. The peach soufflé turned out more generous than I expected, so it caught my eye visually as soon as it hit the table. With so much peach piled onto the fluffy soufflé, just looking at it felt like properly enjoying seasonal fruit. The sweet, juicy texture of the peach itself matched so well with the soufflé that I kept eating them together, bite by bite.
Drinks that pair with the peach soufflé: peach lemon ade and strawberry ade
Think Fruit's peach lemon ade (₩7,500) had the sweetness of peach plus the tartness of lemon, which made it great to drink alongside the soufflé.
