Once I ate here I wondered why it took me so long to find it, because the gimbap was so tasty and healthy.

So I'd stopped eating it much. But 29 Tamago's egg roll was really unique: Japanese-style, super soft and packed full, so every bite was so tender! It was so good.

Maybe because it's on the 2nd floor, the view is definitely nice, haha. There's lush green trees outside and a cool breeze coming in, so the air felt fresh, and inside there are roomy tables, mostly for two.

It's big enough to eat comfortably even at peak lunch hour. Lots of takeout customers come up, and especially delivery riders.

29 Tamago rolls the gimbap as soon as you order, and I didn't wait long. It looked like a ton of ingredients went in :0 so I thought it would take quite a while, but it didn't. Maybe because their hands are so fast, it was ready in no time, which I loved ^^

How does 29 Tamago pack takeout?

29 Tamago Euljiro Branch packs the rolls neatly and sturdily in clear containers, and I thought you could take them straight on a picnic.

While I was carrying it, people kept looking at it and saying "that looks so good~~", haha. The clear container made it a nice experience for both the person eating and the person receiving it.

It's not just wrapped up in foil, no way T_T haha! It feels like a really pretty lunchbox set!

Keto Crab Stick, Tuna Packed, Keto Carrot Râpée and Cheese Veggie Whole Egg! Two keto and two fusion, and they gave me a good variety of sauces too~

The gimbap was so colorful and pretty~ How can they roll it so neatly and firmly..!! With gimbap, the touch of the maker is everything.

Seeing all those colorful ingredients packed inside the seaweed made me want to dig in right away, haha. 29 Tamago rolls its gimbap in a big futomaki (thick Japanese sushi roll) size, so even one piece fills your whole mouth, and it's seriously filling, haha.

My favorite: Keto Carrot Râpée, with whole-grain mustard as the highlight

My favorite is this Keto Carrot Râpée!! I never knew carrot râpée (French-style shredded carrot salad) could be this good..!

I've hardly ever had really good carrot râpée even at decent brunch places, but 29 Tamago's Keto Carrot Râpée had perfectly cooked carrots, and there was just the right amount of whole-grain mustard sauce between the strands, so the crunchy texture was superb. More than half of it is carrot, so the texture was great and there was truly no calorie guilt. It was really, really good. Above all, the egg was pudding-soft, springy and mild, so nothing was too salty or harsh~

Keto Crab Stick: fresh like a wrap sandwich

The Keto Crab Stick is also filled with soft crab sticks, so I'd recommend it to anyone who likes crab sticks.

Crunchy red cabbage, carrots, lettuce and other vegetables are layered in, so it never got boring, and the taste is so fresh it feels like eating a wrap sandwich.

Tuna Packed and the sauces for each roll

Tuna Packed really is packed with tuna, just like the name..!!

29 Tamago's sauces are labeled with which roll each one goes with, and eating them together made everything taste much better.

Cheese Veggie Whole Egg: you can skip the cucumber

The Cheese Veggie Whole Egg also had an option to leave out the cucumber, which is such a good option for people who can't eat it, haha. It also has savory cheddar cheese along with lotus root, ham and fish cake, so I enjoyed it a lot.

29 Tamago's gimbap has a very thin layer of rice and is stuffed with fillings, so even the regular fusion gimbap has fewer calories than elsewhere and is actually full of nutrition, haha. All the rolls were so clean and carefully made..! I can't believe gimbap can be this pretty!
