Andamiro Pancake Seongsu is on the 2nd floor of a building in the alley leading from Ttukseom Station toward Seoulsup. I first discovered Andamiro Pancake in Sinsa, and it turns out there's one in Seoulsup too!

Walking from Ttukseom Station toward Seoulsup, there are so many cafes tucked into the quiet alleys, and this is one I'd recommend.

It's on the 2nd floor, and the atmosphere was sooo pretty, you guys.. I hadn't expected it, and when I heard it was a pancake place I walked right in.

What are the interior and seating like at Andamiro Pancake Seongsu?

The inside of Andamiro Seongsu has soft lighting and plenty of natural light, so it's comfortable to stay a long while. The lighting is gentle enough that you won't get tired sitting and chatting or reading for hours..!!

The natural light is really pretty and the room is nicely shaded, so I felt relaxed the whole time~

The restroom is inside the café too, which is convenient. It's often full on weekends, but if you time a weekday right, a healing café tour is totally doable...

The space is pleasant, with tables for 4, tables for 2, and a big shared table in the middle, so there's plenty of seating :0

What's good at Andamiro Pancake Seongsu besides the pancakes?

Pancakes are the signature at Andamiro Pancake Seongsu, but the croffle is the real deal too. The pancakes are great, but the croffle here is legit too. I think I've had the pancakes about twice! Today I was thinking of trying another flavor, but...

The moment I walked in, the rich smell of butter made me think, ah, I have to order the croffle ㅜㅠ haha. There was also a new mango item topped with lots of summer fruit, and I love that you can try fresh seasonal fruit desserts that change with the seasons! They had bingsu (shaved ice) too, and a wide range of drinks :)

A croffle on its own felt like it might not be quite enough, and since there was a fruit item today, something different, I ordered that along with it!

How does the butter croffle at Andamiro Pancake Seongsu taste?

The croffle at Andamiro Seongsu is baked as soon as you order and arrives hot: crisp from a sugar coating outside, chewy inside. It comes topped with one scoop of vanilla ice cream.

It came out so pretty... colorful seasonal fruit and a piping hot croffle..! Once I'd ordered, I realized I should have gotten 2 pieces haha

Seriously ㅜㅠ it's so so good, crisp outside and soft inside to a tee.. The chewy, springy texture and the buttery aroma kept lingering at the tip of my nose~

I think the croissant dough itself has a high butter content.. it was so so nutty and rich ㅜㅜ

The sugar coating on the outside is nicely done, so it's super crispy!! And it's baked right when you order, so it's really hot, you know?

Then they put a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream on top... cold yet warm, which makes it even better ㅜㅜ

The inside tears apart all chewy~.. One piece is definitely not enough, so next time I'm ordering two for sure..!

What fresh fruit comes on the seasonal fruit plate at Andamiro?

This summer, the seasonal fruit plate at Andamiro Seongsu came with kiwi, blueberries, cherries, banana and pineapple, and the blueberries and cherries were fresh, not frozen. Cream and granola sit in the middle.

They gave us fresh blueberries and cherries! I really liked that haha. Not frozen, truly fresh fruit~ The sweetness was great, and it was tangy~ The plate is full of refreshing summer fruit that freshens up your whole mouth.

There's cream and granola in the middle, and that's tasty too lol. At first I thought it was yogurt~ but it was cream! haha. Dipping the croffle in it is delicious too.. haha

I bet this combination would be delicious with a fruit soufflé pancake too!

The coffee was really nutty~ and smooth. They had decaf too, and it wasn't too bitter or dry, so I enjoyed it.

Andamiro Pancake Seongsu is a dessert café where everything is made to order, so it takes a little time but tastes that much better. Every table has a croffle or soufflé on it, so they're clearly serious about desserts. Above all, since everything is made on order it takes a bit of time, but that's worth it for how good it is!

With the cozy atmosphere on top of that, I thought it would be a great date spot. And of course it's just right for reading alone or taking a rest :0 I'm recommending it as a Seoulsup dessert café!
