Can I hang up a finished diamond painting without the beads falling off?

As someone who could call herself a bit of a hobby collector, I got tired of lazing around every weekend and tried diamond painting again for the first time in a while. Then, while wondering whether I could hang up the diamond painting I had worked so hard on without the beads falling off and while keeping its sparkle, I came across Hasi Bead Gloss.

The description clearly listed exactly what I wanted. It was important that the diamond-painting beads would not fall off while retaining their shine. It also said that its water-based PVA material meets strict standards and can be used with children, so I felt even more comfortable using it.

How to use diamond painting bead gloss

• Remove dust: Place the diamond painting on a flat surface and wipe the surface clean.
• Apply the liquid: Squeeze out a small amount and spread it thinly and evenly over all the beads.
• Wait for it to dry: Surface drying takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, and full drying takes up to about 24 hours.
• Enjoy the shine: Check out your diamond painting with its clearer shine!

The closer you get to finishing, the harder it gets, right?.. A few years ago, there was even a time when I could not finish a diamond painting. Back then, I did not even have time to think about bead gloss. Because I never finished it ^^;;

247ml coating liquid with a silicone brush

This time, I finally finished it and will try Hasi Bead Gloss!!

The instructions are kindly explained not only on the product page but on the box too. It is a satisfying set, from the silicone brush to the generous 247ml size. They say it can be used on everything from puzzles and photos to paper and wood. I was worried that my Life Four Cuts photo strip was starting to fade a little, but since this is a large bottle of coating liquid, I should apply some to my photos too.

The silicone brush felt short at first, but it fit snugly in my hand and was comfortable. You really have to try it yourself!

No need to worry about how to check the instructions after throwing away the box—they are clearly printed on the product itself too!! So, so good.

It has a double cap, which helps prevent both hardening and leaks. I really loved that kind of thoughtfulness.

Ta-da, I finished it at dawn.

The coating liquid did not gush out or dispense too much; it came out in a steady amount, so it was easy to control. I was also very pleased with the silicone brush. If it were stiff, it might push the beads or make them bounce off from the pressure, but this one was nicely soft and applied well, so I could spread it easily without much force.

I applied the coating liquid evenly. I heard that applying it carefully allows the diamond painting to retain its shine while staying secure for long-term storage, so I used the silicone brush to spread a thin, even layer.

This is how it looked after 2–3 hours of air-drying. Can you see how the coating liquid has absorbed between the beads and seems to keep the sparkle going? I chose a wave image because I wanted to feel even a little cooler in the hot summer, and I think it was such an excellent choice. Since there is plenty left, I should go coat another puzzle with the remaining gloss~~
