Suwon Station café where you smell the beans first: croffle at Tteum

I visited Tteum Café by Oneplay, a great stop near Suwon Station. You can pick from a variety of beans to suit your taste, and the desserts are good too, so I'd recommend it as a croffle (croissant waffle) spot near Suwon Station~

Where is Tteum Café Suwon Station, and what about parking?

You can find Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station by heading out from the Suwon Station transfer center toward KCC Mall. It's on the ground floor of the Fround officetel, so it's easy to walk to, and there's free parking in the underground lot if you're coming by car.

It's open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.!

Inside Tteum Café and browsing the furniture store

The inside was bigger than I expected, haha. With soft lighting and gentle music, the whole place felt relaxed and comfortable.

And here's what made Tteum Café a little special! It shares the space with a Lady Furniture store, so while you wait for your coffee and dessert, you can wander around and look at the furniture. There were pretty sofas, tables, beds and more, and browsing was surprisingly fun.

Tteum Café coffee menu and how to choose your beans

The coffee and drink menu at Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station had plenty of brewing coffees plus specialty beans like kopi luwak and geisha, so there were lots of options, haha.

Every bean has its own aroma and flavor, so if you love coffee, even reading the menu is fun!

The beans used for brewing were displayed separately so you can smell them yourself. Being able to find the bean that suits you is part of Tteum Café's charm~

There were also lots of pretty coffee cups that make the coffee feel even nicer, haha.

Tteum Café desserts: cakes and croffles

You're at a dessert café near Suwon Station, so of course you have to order dessert, right? Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station had a wide range of cakes, and the cakes were generously big.

Still, I decided on a croffle. The ice cream croffle, plain croffle, chocolate ice cream croffle and Lotus ice cream croffle all looked delicious, so I agonized, but I've been craving sweet chocolate lately, so I ordered the chocolate ice cream croffle!

Ta-da~ The coffee and croffle arrived with a wonderful smell. The cups, tableware and plates were all stylishly designed, so it was great for photos too, haha.

The iced Americano at Tteum Café doesn't come as a finished drink in one glass. Instead, you pour it yourself into a glass filled with ice.

I ordered two iced Americanos, one with Milano beans and one with Kyoto beans, and I drank the Milano one! It had no acidity and a mild, nutty flavor that was easy to drink, haha.

How does the chocolate ice cream croffle (₩11,900) taste?

The chocolate ice cream croffle at Tteum Café by Oneplay is ₩11,900. It came out with the coffee and looked the part: vanilla ice cream on a warm, freshly baked croffle with plenty of chocolate on top. Just looking at it, you could feel the sweetness~

The outside of the croffle was crispy while the inside stayed moist and chewy, so the texture was great from the first bite. Eating it with the smooth ice cream and chocolate gave me a proper sugar recharge!
