Makchang restaurant in Wonju: par-grilled Yeon Makchang
Yeon Makchang Dangye Branch is a makchang restaurant on Cheonsa-ro in Dangye-dong, Wonju. After reserving for a weekday evening, I had three servings of par-grilled makchang; the plump intestines, savory sauce, and crisp rice cakes were good, but the smell, noise, and response after a customer fell were disappointing.
