Osteria Lucia is an Italian restaurant near Hakdong Station in Gangnam, Seoul. I went with coworkers for bottarga, puttanesca, and squid ink risotto; the pasta’s doneness and the distinct texture of the risotto grains stood out, while the bright, spacious dining room made for a comfortable meal.
