Whenever I'm looking for a place where I can shop and eat comfortably with my baby, this Busan Western restaurant always comes to mind. There aren't actually that many Western restaurants where you can eat comfortably with a kid, but Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets, which I visited recently, is a kids-welcome zone, so it's perfect for eating with a young baby.
Where is Bueokgan at Busan Premium Outlets, and where do you park?

Inside Bueokgan: the room and the atmosphere

Walking into this Gijang Western restaurant, there's a big waiting area first. Even the waiting area has good vibes. It has a big, soft sofa, so it's a comfortable spot to wait with a baby if you need to.

The various decor pieces suit the restaurant well. The interior is fairly spacious, so it's a good spot for gatherings or company dinners too.

The wooden chairs and tables give a cozy, calm atmosphere, so it really feels like a proper Western restaurant.

There are 4-seater tables with attached sofas as well as regular chair-and-table seats, so you can pick whichever suits you.
High chair, baby dishware and how kid-friendly Bueokgan is
Bueokgan Restaurant is a kids-welcome zone, so when I went with my baby they set up baby dishware and a high chair for us. All the dishware was already ready, so it was convenient not having to bring my own baby dishware.
What we ordered at Bueokgan and what it cost

The menu ranges from pasta to steak to pizza and more. We ordered basil margherita pizza, pumpkin soup, shrimp rosé pasta, and lasagna.

I went on an opening run at 10:30, and after ordering, the food came out right away with no wait at all.

That day I mostly ordered dishes that were easy to share with the baby without worry. Mild pumpkin soup, sweet pizza, and the slightly spicy rosé pasta the adults wanted — once the food arrived I couldn't help but feel happy haha.

The rich, flavorful lasagna was packed with the aroma of tomato sauce and meat, and you could tell from the first bite they didn't skimp on ingredients. The pizza, a steady bestseller here, had such a nice savory crust that even the plain end pieces were tasty — I gave a crust piece to my baby and they ate it happily too lol. Dipping it in the pumpkin soup? Amazing!!

The lasagna had layers of fresh pasta sheets packed with rich sauce and loads of cheese, and even I, who don't usually like lasagna, ate it happily. The texture was moist and soft, and the tomato sauce — possibly house-made — had a deep flavor that wasn't too sharp, so the tomato taste wasn't overwhelming with the first bite.

Overall the dishes were all above average, so it's a combo where you can't really go wrong with anything you order. The savory flavor that fills your mouth went down well with my kid without any fuss, which is such a relief for parents struggling to feed their kids haha.
The pumpkin soup especially is a guaranteed win, so you have to order it.
