Songpa Korean restaurant for kkakdugi fried rice: Jinseong
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Garak Flagship is a gopchang restaurant in Songpa, Seoul. I tried two portions of gopchang, one portion of makchang, timer-grilled to 5 plus 3 minutes, along with Mi Jeol Ma sauce and kkakdugi yang fried rice. Verdict: a place I’ll remember for generously filled gopchang and chewy makchang.
