Brivite Seongsu is a brunch restaurant in Seongsu that is open every day from 11:30 to 21:15 with no break time. Last order is at 20:30. I was out on a date with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, and we headed to Seongsu for a nice brunch, but on weekdays most places there seem to have a break time💦 Then I heard about this Seongsu brunch spot with good food and a great atmosphere and no break time, so we went straight to Brivite Seongsu.

How to get to Brivite Seongsu

Brivite is only a 3-minute walk from Exit 4 of Ttukseom Station, so it was easy to reach. The interior stands out from far away, so you won't get lost :) The shop itself is so pretty that I bet photos taken out front would turn out lovely.

Interior and seating at Brivite Seongsu

Brivite Seongsu has a pink and ivory interior, with tables that seat up to 6. On weekdays, 12:00 to 1:30 pm is peak time and it gets crowded, so I took these photos once it thinned out. The colorful pink and ivory decor was a treat for the eyes.

There are sofa seats too, and it seemed like a great restaurant for a date :)

Brivite steak: the cheese waterfall and the salt dip

The highlight of the Brivite steak is the cheese waterfall😋 A staff member pours the cheese right in front of you as a little performance!

All the dishes are here🤍 Fitting for a Seongsu brunch hotspot, the looks alone are no joke, right? And the smell was incredible too!

Look at that steak, what am I supposed to do… The cheese is French, so it was even softer and chewier…!

The Brivite steak is a sous-vide flat iron cut (bucheosal, shoulder blade) on a red wine sauce base, which made the meat extra tender. It's good on its own, and it's good dipped in salt if you ask for some. Personally, I liked it best with the salt🤍

How does the Greek yogurt & tomato salad taste?

The Greek yogurt & tomato salad at Brivite Seongsu combines Greek yogurt and tomatoes with basil. It's lovely to look at and the aroma is no joke… I loved the combination with the basil! I kept eating it without even realizing.

How was the bacon cream pasta?

The bacon cream pasta at Brivite Seongsu has mushrooms, bacon and flat iron steak, so the savory depth really came through. It smelled amazing the moment it arrived🤍 You know pasta is only good when it's done really well, right? The noodles were cooked just right, and anyone who likes cream pasta will definitely love this.
