It's a Jonggak Station date bar inspired by a medieval European monastery. They say the menu and homemade sauces were developed by a chef who worked at a Hilton hotel in New Zealand. Menu you can trust, plus beer too! Yep, a Jonggak hot spot, haha.
A draft beer quality-control master, and how many can the group seats hold?

How did the Chardonnay and arugula jamón pizza taste?
Every table at Sudowonui Bimil Jeojanggo has a candle, so the mood is unreal, hehe. Drinking water at the holy table seats feels like washing your sins away, hehe. Let's raise our glasses, hehe.

Chardonnay white wine + Monastery Garden Arugula Jamón Pizza
The Chardonnay was a clean, unsweet white wine at 13–14% ABV, and the Monastery Garden Arugula Jamón Pizza is a wood-fired pizza topped with arugula and jamón. Yummy, shall we enjoy pizza and wine?~~

It's piled with arugula, so it tastes healthy too, and the crust is crispy, charred by the wood-fired oven! With wine~!! Eating pizza and drinking wine at a Jonggak hot spot with great atmosphere, you lose track of time, a great Jongno date bar. Very, very nice timing, hehe.
What does the homemade chipotle sauce taste like?
The chipotle sauce is a homemade sauce we ordered separately for dunking the pizza crust. Full of smoky flavor with a little spicy kick, perfect to finish the pizza! It really got my appetite going up, up, up. Hope you try it together~~~~
