Konkuk Station café with brown cheese croffle: Andamiro Pancake

I actually visited Andamiro in Cheonan too!! The soufflé was so good back then that I came again haha 😉 Fluffy and moist pancake? Trust me on this one. Highly recommend Andamiro for soufflé near Konkuk Station!! My friend loves soufflé so much she goes hunting for it, so I really hope this place never closes and stays open forever.

This time at Andamiro café, besides the soft soufflé pancake, there were various drinks and lots of desserts beyond just soufflé!!

Andamiro Pancake Konkuk location, hours, and parking

Andamiro Pancake is a 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of Konkuk University Station, on the 2nd floor of the Photoism building. It's open daily 13:00–21:00/22:00 (check Naver before you go!!), and parking is not available.

Andamiro Pancake interior vibe, solo and group seating

The inside of Andamiro Pancake Konkuk has a wood-tone interior divided into spaces with different moods. There's plenty of group seating and also good spots for working alone.

The drink-making area was clean too!! Order at the kiosk right next to it!!

A cozy, sentimental space you want to stay in for a long time!!! The tables were spaced generously, so it was great for chatting with a friend or enjoying a date, and the wood-tone interior décor everywhere made the atmosphere even better haha Seriously such a comfortable vibe! 🫶

What's on the menu

Andamiro Pancake's menu is broad, ranging from soufflé pancakes to seasonal bingsu (shaved ice dessert), sorbet, and coffee. I ordered through the kiosk using Toss.

Seasonal bingsu!! Mango soufflé bingsu ㅜㅡㅜ (I want it now) so many soufflé options!! I think I had the crème brûlée soufflé and the Andamiro soufflé last time!!

With so many menu options besides coffee, it was even better, and it turned out to be a great soufflé spot near Konkuk Station for non-coffee drinkers too.

The three things I ordered at Andamiro Pancake were the Andamiro soufflé pancake, brown cheese croffle, and basil tomato ade. Of these, the most impressive was the fluffy yet moist Andamiro soufflé pancake.

This reminded me of a flavor I had in Jeju, so I ordered it! It's packed with this much fresh basil!! Kind of a tomato-candy taste?! I lightly crushed the basil myself!! No single flavor overpowers the rest, so if you like tomato and basil, it's a light, enjoyable drink 🎶

Andamiro soufflé pancake

The one I'd been looking forward to and waiting for!!!! Soufflé, ta-da! You must try the Andamiro soufflé pancake!!! Fluffy fluffy ☁️ the one I was most excited for!!! The visual alone is a win 👍

Cut right through it haha the cutting is half the fun with soufflé, isn't it?

The moment I took a bite, that fluffy yet moist texture ㅠㅠㅠ so addictive. The egg flavor isn't too strong and pairs so well with the sweet cream, good down to the very last bite (please don't disappear ㅜ) — also recommended for those various fruits, even for a broke solo-living reader who can't usually afford fruit.

Brown cheese croffle

Having this again after so long, it was even more delicious than I remembered!! Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside croffle piled high with brown cheese, giving it a sweet, salty, savory flavor that was so good!! (croffle never lets you down ,,ෆ)

I want croffle again. The combo of brown cheese and croffle — whoever invented it truly knows what they're doing with sweet-salty-savory ㅜㅜ ♥

The most memorable menu item from this visit was, without a doubt, the Andamiro soufflé pancake!!!! (a true soufflé spot ♥) I can't forget that fluffy, moist texture ㅜ the brown cheese croffle and basil tomato ade are also highly recommended, iced or not haha

Thanks to the sentimental vibe and comfortable space, it was great to stay a while, and the photos turned out pretty too, so I'd recommend it for dates or hangouts with friends!! If you like moist pancakes, definitely visit Andamiro Pancake, the soufflé spot near Konkuk Station. Next time I'll be sure to try the seasonal menu haha.
