Beomgye restaurant with wasabi-sauce shrimp pilaf: Two Find Peter
In short
Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is an Italian restaurant on the 5th floor of Park Avenue L on Pyeongchon-daero in Anyang, Gyeonggi. On a visit with a daughter who was coming down with a cold, the order was fresh-squeezed orange juice, shrimp pilaf, pepperoni pizza and bocconcini cheese tomato pasta, and the wasabi sauce served with the shrimp pilaf was the standout. With the dining room split into four separate areas, Two Find Peter works just as well for a date as for a family meal.

The journey to find Peter — Two Find Peter
What does the name Two Find Peter mean?
Seeing the name TO FIND PETER, anyone would naturally get curious. Once you know the brand story — starting with the feeling of searching for a friend named Peter met during a working holiday in Australia — the walk over here becomes a lot more exciting.

A lot of time has passed, so who knows whether Peter was ever actually found, but for anyone in Pyeongchon looking for great, reasonably priced Italian food, this place — Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch — has become a go-to spot, like the neighborhood mill everyone stops by.

With its spacious, pleasant interior and well-separated zones, it's a favorite spot for couples on dates, blind dates, or group get-togethers.

I happened to visit with my daughter, who wasn't feeling great with a bit of a cold coming on, and we filled up on some delicious food — here's the review.

Fresh-squeezed orange juice: bright enough to shake off a cold
I was glad to find fresh, freshly squeezed orange juice full of vitamin C at Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch. During season changes, or when a child starts showing signs of a cold, I like to give them a vitamin boost — but at cafés or regular restaurants, being handed store-bought juice is often a letdown, which usually makes me hesitant to order it.

Thanks to the rich juice pressed straight from real oranges, my daughter said it was delicious the moment she tasted it. I also appreciated that the portion was generous enough for two of us to share. It wasn't sugary at all — it tasted like it was packed with the orange's own natural vitamin C, perfect as a vitamin boost to help ward off her cold. Drinking a glass while waiting for the food helped both our appetites and our health — win-win.
Shrimp pilaf everyone likes, with wasabi sauce as the twist
In our household, if there's a rice dish on the menu when we eat out, we tend to go for it — so I chose the shrimp pilaf at Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch. It came out stir-fried with a smoky char, loaded with plump shrimp, generous bacon, big chunks of broccoli, and all kinds of vegetables.

The shrimp pilaf comes with a sauce that you can mix in bit by bit. Honestly, I thought the dish would have been great on its own, but they also give you a secret weapon sauce you won't find anywhere else — a wasabi sauce. It looks like something made with ranch or mayo, but when I mixed it in expecting a wasabi kick, it turned out to have real wasabi flavor while staying wonderfully creamy — genuinely excellent.

Between the fluffy, well-stir-fried rice grains, the plump shrimp, the savory saltiness of the bacon, and the two sauces, you just can't put your spoon down. If you come here, I'd definitely recommend adding on the shrimp pilaf.
Pepperoni pizza and bocconcini cheese tomato pasta
Whenever I go out to eat with my daughter, we pretty much always end up ordering pasta or pizza.

The pepperoni pizza, piled generously with spicy pepperoni on a crispy, savory baked crust, was delicious — the cheese could easily have gotten a bit heavy, but the pepperoni cut right through that, so we could keep eating it happily without getting tired of it.

We also ordered the bocconcini cheese tomato pasta to go with it.

It wasn't super mild, but it wasn't spicy either — a touch above medium, so it's a good fit for pretty much anyone. The house-made tomato sauce was rich, and it paired really well with the plenty of chewy, soft bocconcini mozzarella. The portion was generous too, and since my daughter came home having barely touched her school lunch, she happily devoured this.

Seating and mood: is Two Find Peter better for dates or family meals?
Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is spacious overall, but it also has four separate zones so you can sit wherever you like, and the tables are spaced generously — you can chat comfortably over the meal without worrying about anyone around you.
Given the reasonable prices, the plating looks great and the food quality is excellent, making it a solid date spot too. If you're near Beomgye Station in Anyang and want good food in a nice atmosphere, or you're looking for a place for a family meal, a date, or a blind date, I'd recommend giving Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch a try.
