Sansol Sinnonhyeon is a Korean BBQ restaurant a 3-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul, serving 1+ grade aged pork. A couple ordered kkodeulsal (chewy pork jowl) for one, samgyeopsal (pork belly) for one, and yukhoe bibimbap, with staff grilling the meat from start to finish, and even at full capacity for over an hour, the downdraft ventilation kept their clothes and hair completely free of meat smell. Recommended for a dinner where meat quality and staying odor-free both matter.
