Gangbuk chicken shop for fresh sauced chicken: Gimssi Chicken

Gimssi Chicken Suyu Market Branch is a chicken shop in Gangbuk, Seoul, where you can take away dakgangjeong and chicken wings. I chose medium dakgangjeong for 9,000 won, chicken wings, and cheese jalapeño sauce, then watched the chicken get tossed in sauce right on the griddle. A great easy market snack or dinner takeaway.

Jagajebbang Seonmyeonghui Pizza is a pizza restaurant in Dang-dong, Gunpo, Gyeonggi. I shared an M half pepperoni and sweet potato pizza with extra cheese with my grandmother, surrounded by roomy seating and a huge sports screen. A good pick for hot pizza straight from the oven!
