When you're shopping at Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo, you always end up looking for a café to rest in for a bit, right? This time, while shopping at Songhyeona (the outlet's nickname), I visited Wunder Coffee Bar Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch, where you can enjoy good coffee and ice cream together!! I heard the coffee is great but the ice cream is especially good, so this time I decided to try the ice cream ◡̈
Where is Wunder Coffee Bar in Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo?

Wunder Coffee Bar Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch is on the B1 terrace side of Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo, so it wasn't hard to find. It's a great spot for a coffee break while shopping, and on a nice day it's perfect for enjoying out on the terrace!

The moment I arrived in front of the shop, the gentle, nutty smell of coffee drifted over and my steps just stopped, haha. The exterior looks modern and clean, which suits the overall feel of the outlet. It feels neat and stylish rather than heavily decorated, so it's an easy café to drop into while shopping.

The inside is modern and clean overall too! It isn't too busy, and the calm mood lets you focus on your coffee, which I liked.
Can you eat outside on Wunder Coffee Bar's terrace?

The Songdo branch has benches and tables in an outdoor area connected to the B1 terrace, so on a nice day you can enjoy coffee or ice cream outside. This is another plus for Wunder Coffee Bar, and it was just perfect for eating outdoors ♡

The weather was really lovely that day, so we took our drinks and ice cream outside. Eating in the open air felt so much more relaxed than sitting in a stuffy indoor space! It even felt a little like sitting at a European sidewalk café, so I'd recommend it for anyone coming to Songhyeona on a date ♡

The ice cream we ordered at Wunder Coffee Bar
Wunder Coffee Bar has a wide range of ice cream on the menu as well as coffee. I picked ice cream that day! What we ordered were the hojicha cone soft serve and the vanilla & hojicha cone soft serve.
How is hojicha soft serve different from matcha?

The hojicha cone soft serve had the nutty, subtle flavor of roasted tea rather than the bitter, intense taste of matcha. It was the item I was looking forward to most. Hojicha (roasted green tea) is made by roasting green tea leaves, so I hear it tastes a little different from ordinary green tea or matcha.

Above all, the ice cream was smooth and the nutty hojicha aroma rose up gently, so it was much tastier than I expected ♡ The sweetness wasn't too much either, so I could finish it without feeling overwhelmed!

If you usually like matcha ice cream but want to try something a little different, hojicha ice cream is worth a go. I actually liked its nutty flavor so much that I'd order it again next time, haha.

New to hojicha? Try the vanilla & hojicha cone
The vanilla & hojicha cone soft serve is the one I'd recommend when one flavor alone feels like a shame. Smooth, sweet vanilla ice cream plus nutty hojicha makes it fun to alternate between the two flavors.

The sweet, soft vanilla added to it makes it a little easier to enjoy than hojicha alone ♡ If you're trying hojicha for the first time, I'd personally start with the vanilla & hojicha combination!

If you're shopping at Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo and crave something sweet, I recommend Wunder Coffee Bar 𖤐 Personally I'd recommend the hojicha cone soft serve, because I loved its nutty, subtle flavor!
