Cheonan café: blueberry lemonade & oven-warmed flan, Brewers Coffee

I was looking for a café with a nice atmosphere in Cheonan and ended up at Brewers Coffee (브루어스커피). It has long shown up as a go-to spot for baked sweets in Cheonan, so I was curious, and once I got there I understood why so many people come.

Is Brewers Coffee in Cheonan busy on a weekday evening?

Yes. Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch was really crowded on a weekday evening, even not long before closing. I figured a weekday night would be quieter, but nope, haha. There were quite a few people inside and more kept coming in.

What is the atmosphere like at Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan?

You can tell the café has a great vibe the moment you walk in! It's stylishly decorated, so it's not just a place to drink a cup of coffee; there's fun in enjoying the hip feel of the space itself. It isn't hushed and calm so much as lively with real atmosphere, which made me think it would work well for a date.

What baked sweets does Brewers Coffee sell?

What caught my eye most were the baked sweets: financiers, madeleines, canelés and more. The display is quite varied, and everything looked so good that it was hard to walk past. Even in the short while I waited for my husband to finish parking, customers kept coming in... haha (the moment I started wondering if I should get takeout.. sob)

At Brewers Coffee, far more people were picking out desserts than ordering coffee alone. Watching everyone choose one by one in front of the showcase, I thought, "Oh... this really must be a bakery hotspot?" haha So I had planned to drink only a lemonade, but in the end I picked out a few things and took them home. It was one of those moments where you think, yes, there's a reason people come here, haha. Brewers Coffee feels less like a café that just serves coffee and more like a place to enjoy baked goods, especially baked sweets.

How does the Brewers Coffee blueberry lemonade taste?

The blueberry lemonade at Brewers Coffee is refreshing and sweet, and delicious~ Above all, it felt handmade, so you can sense the care, and it seems healthy too, which I liked~

Are baked sweets still left at 7:30 pm?

When I went at around 7:30 pm, only the amount you see in the photos was left T_T There's a good variety of things like financiers and canelés that go well with coffee, so choosing is part of the fun. I originally wanted the Nunettine financier (누네띠네 휘낭시에),,T_T but they didn't have it. I'll have to come back just for that.. So I chose from what was left, haha

Above all, it was impressive that there were so many customers on a weekday evening so close to closing time. It made me think, it's famous for a reason, haha.

Personally, when I go to a café, the drink matters, but I love a place where you can also eat good dessert in a nice space, and in that sense Brewers Coffee suited me perfectly~! If you're looking for a café with a nice atmosphere in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, or one where you can enjoy tasty baked sweets and bakery items rather than just coffee, it's worth a stop.

Takeout flan and financier, warmed in the oven at home

What I took away from Brewers Coffee were the vanilla flan, the crème brûlée flan and a plain financier. I warmed them in the oven at home, and.... seriously.... I should have bought more.. T_T I should have bought more T_T They're just so good... My top pick among them was the crème brûlée flan!

Like me, you might go in planning to drink only coffee and end up taking dessert home too, haha. Me, saying "I'm totally eating this again," haha, bragging to my husband, hahaha

Where to park at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch

For parking, use Public Parking Lot No. 4 (공영4주차장) right next to the café. The lot is smaller than you'd expect, though, so there isn't always space, just so you know~!

Next time I want to go a bit earlier, sit down without rushing, pick out one baked sweet and really enjoy a cup of coffee. That was Brewers Coffee, a café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan.
