Suwon City Hall Station hangover soup spot: Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch
After a heavy night of drinking the day before, my stomach was aching and I went looking with a friend for a really solid broth to fix us up. In the middle of all the Ingye-dong restaurants, I found a place that gukbap lovers keep raving about! Here's my honest review after ordering one tripe soup and one hangover soup and getting fully healed ♥
Where is Jeju Eunhuine in Ingye-dong, and how are hours and parking?

Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch sits right in the middle of Ingye-dong at 28 Hyowon-ro265beon-gil, 1st floor, Unit 102, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. I go to Ingye-dong a lot because it's full of good restaurants, but it's always a parking nightmare, so I usually think twice before heading over. This place, though, offers a ton of parking space — right in the middle of Ingye-dong, no less! With 10 spots in front of the building and 15 in the underground lot, that's over 25 spots total, which is a huge perk for office workers driving in or anyone organizing a group dinner!

Inside Jeju Eunhuine: Jeju-style interior and seating

The large tables are spaced well apart, so you're not bothered by the next table over — a comfortable setup. There are solo seats for a light meal alone, plus plenty of 4-person and 6-person tables for group dinners.

The interior has a cozy Jeju-island feel. It felt clean yet warm, like stepping into some quiet, homey restaurant on Jeju Island.
Free extra rice with every order

At Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch, extra rice is free when you order one dish per person. Great news for us — we always need rice, and we eat a lot!
Jeju Eunhuine menu and prices

Tripe soup ₩13,000, hangover soup ₩12,000.
Tripe soup, 13,000 won: loaded with tripe and small intestine

The dish I was most excited about that day was the 'tripe soup' (내장탕, naejangtang), a bone broth packed with springy tripe and small intestine!!! The moment it hit the table bubbling away in the stone pot, my friend and I both let out an excited shout!!! Just the smell alone told us this was the real deal — a deep, rich bone-broth aroma.

Not a trace of gaminess, just a clean yet hearty bone-broth flavor. My friend even took all my seonji (blood tofu) and ate it with total abandon. Looked like she healed her hangover completely!!

Every scoop pulled up more chewy tripe and tender small intestine — the portions were huge. With such savory organ meat, it doubled as the perfect drinking snack, and I almost ordered a bottle of soju ^^
Hangover soup, 12,000 won: glass noodles piled in like a noodle bowl

If the tripe soup hit hard with deep, rich flavor, the signature hangover soup was light and refreshing! It was generously loaded with quality napa cabbage from Haenam and fresh bean sprouts.

The meat topping, boiled soft with no gaminess, was piled up like a mountain. How can the broth stay this clear with so much meat in it!

Plenty of my favorite glass noodles too — not just a few sad strands lol, it's loaded almost like glass noodle noodle soup. If you love glass noodles, go for the hangover soup.
Was Jeju Eunhuine worth it the morning after? Final verdict
I successfully found a real Ingye-dong gem after a while! From the ample, convenient parking to the cozy Jeju-flavored interior, and above all the deep, no-compromise broths in both the tripe soup and the hangover soup — everything about it was perfect. I'm already thinking about coming back for dinner next time to try the soft Jeju-style 'dombegogi' pork or the crunchy 'yangmuchim' tripe salad tossed in special sauce, with a glass of soju on the side lol. Highly recommend for Ingye-dong dining!
