Why did I use HEEDA cleansing balm?

My skin tone felt dull, and I was concerned about blackheads and sebum, so I started using it while looking for a cleansing product. I wanted something that would remove makeup without leaving my skin feeling tight afterward.

Was the texture and packaging easy to use?

Because it has a balm texture, I did not have to worry as much about it dripping onto the bathroom floor while using it. The spatula attaches inside the lid, which made storage and continued use feel convenient.

How do you use it?

I spread it evenly over dry skin. Then I added a little water to emulsify it while massaging, before rinsing with lukewarm water. It can be used much like a cleansing oil or cleansing cream.

How did it feel after removing makeup?

Even before emulsifying, I could see heavy makeup coming off. After cleansing, it felt refreshing, as though sebum and blackheads inside my pores had washed away, and my skin also seemed to look a little brighter.

Even after cleansing thoroughly, a moist feeling remained, so my skin felt comfortable. This was a cleansing balm I reached for every day when I was concerned about managing blackheads and sebum.
