Geumjeong sushi restaurant with lightly seasoned rice: Moshi Moshi
In short
Moshi Moshi PNU Branch is a sushi restaurant in Geumjeong, Busan, reached by following an alley from Exit 3 of Pusan National University Station. I ordered Assorted Sushi A and liked the varied fish textures and gently seasoned rice, though the parking lot fills quickly at mealtimes.

When sushi near Pusan National University came up, people around me often recommended Moshi Moshi. I had only passed by before, but this time I sat down and ordered Assorted Sushi A (모듬초밥A). The different textures of the fish and the rice's gentle seasoning stayed with me.

How do you get there from Pusan National University Station, and is parking available?
Moshi Moshi PNU Branch (모시모시 부산대점) is on the first floor at 271-5 Geumgang-ro in Geumjeong-gu, Busan. I came out of Exit 3 at Pusan National University Station and walked along the alley. With many bus routes nearby as well, it was easy to reach by public transit.

There is a private parking lot behind the building. However, spaces tend to fill quickly at mealtimes, so I would arrive with some time to spare if visiting by car. The exterior was neat, and the Japanese-lettered sign made it easy to spot even in the alley.
What are the hours and break time?
According to the original post, hours are daily from 11:00 to 21:30, with last orders at 21:00. There is a weekday break from 15:00 to 16:30, while Saturdays and Sundays have no break time.
What are the seating and group or family conveniences like?
The tables were spaced widely enough that I could eat without paying much attention to neighboring tables. The interior was clean and uncluttered. Reservations and group visits are available, and there are high chairs. Sushi is also available for takeout.

What was Assorted Sushi A like?
There were quite a few menu choices. I chose Assorted Sushi A because I wanted to try several kinds.

When the sushi arrived, the fish's color and generous thickness caught my eye first. Each piece had a different flavor and texture, so it never became boring.

The white fish was mild, while the blue-backed fish had a nutty richness. The salmon and tuna felt soft as they melted in my mouth. The rice was neither overly salty nor bland, supporting the flavor of the fish.

To my taste, the ingredients felt fresh, and I finished the meal without a fishy aftertaste or stomach discomfort. I found it satisfying for the price, though the original post did not record a specific amount. I liked the selection that let me try several kinds of fish and the rice seasoning, so I would like to return when I am craving sushi near Pusan National University.
