What I ordered: premium seafood platter with unlimited gamtae seaweed
Here's the menu for reference. What I ordered that day in particular was the premium seafood platter + unlimited gim (dried seaweed) refill set! Sounds fancy just from the name, right? Haha.

For anyone who loves seafood, this is the kind of lineup that makes your eyes light up the moment you see the menu — I was so curious.

Premium seafood platter + unlimited gim refill set! We sat there waiting, and honestly I was so excited. Finally, the premium seafood platter arrived!

It looked gorgeous from the moment it was set down, with so many different items to pick and choose from — just seeing this many kinds of high-end seafood on one plate made me happy.

The tuna on the platter
The first thing that caught my eye on the premium seafood platter was the high-quality tuna. The color was vivid and glossy, clearly looking delicious, and once in my mouth, the soft texture was amazing. Tuna is best with a little wasabi on top. It was rich and savory without any greasiness, so my chopsticks kept going back for more.

Uni (sea urchin roe)
And of course, uni (sea urchin roe). Uni's charm is its rich, creamy flavor, and eating it on top of gim gave off a real ocean scent. It spread smoothly across my mouth and felt really luxurious.

Ankimo (monkfish liver) and the unlimited gamtae refills
The last dish I'd been curious about was ankimo. Ankimo is monkfish liver, known for its soft, deep savoriness. It melted so smoothly in my mouth with a rich flavor that went really well as a drinking snack.
What I loved most was that the gim here is unlimited refill. Isn't that great news for anyone who loves gim? I wrapped seafood in it, piled on salmon roe or uni for a single bite... before I knew it, I kept asking for more gim refills.

Hokkaido salmon roe
And then, the Hokkaido salmon roe I was really looking forward to! The popping texture was fun and the briny flavor really came through, and it was fantastic paired with gim. The fragrant, savory taste of the gim seemed to bring out the seafood's flavor even more.

Sweet shrimp, and the best combination to try
And sweet shrimp can't be left out either. True to its name, it had a subtle sweetness along with a bouncy yet soft texture that I really enjoyed. Shrimp lovers will probably be very satisfied.
Personally, my favorite combination that day was uni + gim + salmon roe. Placing uni gently on gim, then topping it with a bit of salmon roe, and eating it all in one bite... wow, that's a flavor that just calls for a drink.

Receipt review event!
What I loved most was being able to combine so many things with gim. Wrapping tuna in it, piling on uni, topping it with salmon roe, adding sweet shrimp too... the flavor changed a little depending on how you ate it, so it felt like trying a new dish each time. If you love seafood, this menu will really satisfy you.
