Yuzu fillet katsu at Pangyo tonkatsu restaurant Katsu Shokudo, no wait

Katsu Shokudo Pangyo Main Branch is a Blue Ribbon tonkatsu restaurant on the basement level of Alphadom Tower 3 by Pangyo Station in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. Arriving at 7pm on a Saturday meant no wait at all, and the fillet katsu (16,000 won) and mozzarella cheese katsu (16,000 won), both ordered as single dishes, carried a gentle yuzu aroma that kept the fried pork from feeling heavy, with cheese stretching to the last piece. With 3 hours of parking, solo seats and baby chairs, Katsu Shokudo Pangyo suits a meal alone as easily as a family dinner.
