What kind of burger restaurant is Bas Burger Jamwon Branch?
Bas Burger Jamwon Branch is a handmade burger place with a clean, mild style. I was looking for a good spot for a solo meal in Jamwon-dong, Seoul, and ended up here! 🍔🤍 A lot of people search for restaurants near Sinsa Station or Jamwon-dong these days, and this burger was light and easy to eat without feeling heavy ✨ It's also close enough to Nonhyeon Station that people looking for food there can easily stop by, so access is great, haha

Location and how to get to Bas Burger Jamwon Branch
Bas Burger Jamwon Branch is near Jamwon Station, at 41 Sinbanpo-ro 47-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the 1st floor! It sits roughly between Sinsa Station and Nonhyeon Station, so it's a decent option if you're hunting for food around either one, haha. It doesn't feel tucked away in a hidden alley and is fairly easy to find, so first-timers shouldn't have trouble ✨
It seemed popular with office workers nearby, and quite a few people came in alone too, so it felt like a Jamwon-dong restaurant where eating solo is no big deal 🍔

Is Bas Burger Jamwon Branch comfortable for eating alone?
Yes, the ordering area and the dining area are separate, which made eating solo comfortable. That was the first thing I noticed when I walked in! The counter side is for ordering, and there's a separate dining space next to it 🙌 The flow is tidy, so it never felt chaotic and I could eat in peace, haha. The place was clean and not too noisy, so it was really good for a solo meal ✨

Next to the counter, wet wipes, forks, straws and the like were neatly arranged! It's self-service, so you just take what you need, which was convenient, and it was nicely kept 🙌

Free chips for dine-in guests and 7 free sauces
Bas Burger Jamwon Branch gives dine-in guests James potato chips as a free extra ✨ Takeout customers have to order them separately, and the sign said ₩2,500 per bag! Since only people eating in get them, they felt even nicer, lol

The sauce selection was huge too! You can use the following sauces for free ✨
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- BBQ sauce
- Honey mustard
- Bas Burger house sauce
- Ranch
- Pollock roe mayo (myeongran mayo)
I was surprised they had pollock roe mayo, and it went really well with the mozza chicken bites 🥹 If you love sauces, this is a spot you'll be happy with!

On one side of the shop, the origin of ingredients was clearly displayed, along with a notice saying leftover food is never reused!

They were also running an event: write a photo review and get a free 1P Bas Burger 🙌 It's small, but it makes you want to join in, lol

What I ordered at Bas Burger Jamwon Branch, with prices
I ordered and ate the following two items 🙌
- Crunchy Chicken Burger set (₩12,800)
- Mozza Chicken Bites 2P (₩7,200)

How was the Crunchy Chicken Burger set?
The Crunchy Chicken Burger had a crispy texture and a mild, not-overpowering flavor. And here comes the main dish ✨ The chicken patty looked super thick and crunchy, and when I actually ate it, the crunch really lived up to the name 🥹
But the best part was that it wasn't as intense as I expected! Burgers sometimes have sauce that's too strong or leave you feeling heavy, but this one tasted mild and clean overall, which I loved 🙌

Which sauce goes best with the Mozza Chicken Bites?
I'd recommend dipping the mozza chicken bites in honey mustard or pollock roe mayo 🙌 The bites I ordered alongside were a hit too ✨ The cheese stretched the moment I took a bite, and it was so good 🥹 Crispy outside and soft cheese inside, so I kept reaching for them like a snack, haha
Overall verdict on Bas Burger Jamwon Branch
Overall, Bas Burger Jamwon Branch felt strongly like a handmade burger place with a clean, mild style 🍔🤍 The relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to eat alone, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for food in Jamwon-dong, and it's a fine stop if you're searching around Sinsa Station or Nonhyeon Station too ✨
It felt less like intense fast food and more like a place where the ingredients' flavor comes through, so it was easy to eat, and the shop was comfortable. I'd definitely go back! If you're looking for a clean handmade burger near Jamwon, I recommend Bas Burger Jamwon Branch~! 🙌🍔
