Kin's Dining has a stylish, sophisticated exterior, and it's close enough to Jeongja Station to walk. Ta-da! We've arrived at Kin's Dining. That stylish exterior really caught my eye! And like I said, it's close to Jeongja Station, so it's a good walk. If you're driving, parking is available too, so keep that in mind~

Inside, Kin's Dining feels exotic, like you've stepped abroad, and there are tables in a variety of sizes. The moment I walked in, I got that exotic, overseas feel. I went alone that day, and atmosphere matters when you're eating Western food, right~ The exotic vibe was so strong that just visiting felt like a change of pace, which was great! And as you can see in the photos, there were tables of all different sizes inside.
What is the Dining Special Steak at Kin's Dining?

The menu describes the Dining Special Steak as Kin's Dining's steak made with salchi-sal (살치살, chuck flap tail) and grilled vegetables. You don't need to choose how done you want the meat! I settled into my seat and went through the menu. I really wanted steak that day, haha. You know how some days you just crave a good beef steak~ So I ordered the Dining Special Steak.
Oh, and while ordering I noticed lots of other tasty-looking dishes. Next time I come for brunch, I think pasta or a salad would be nice too.

First I sipped a cola while waiting for the steak, haha. I love cups, and the one they gave me was so pretty. Cola in a pretty cup somehow tastes even better~

Steak doneness and accompaniments
The Dining Special Steak came as bite-sized sliced salchi-sal with Maldon salt, whole grain mustard and pesto. Ta-da!! Before long, the star of the day, the Dining Special Steak, arrived. The moment I saw it, I couldn't help exclaiming~ The doneness was just right, too. It was sliced into easy bites, so I could eat comfortably and enjoy it. Oh, and they also gave me Maldon salt. Just so you know~
I added more photos so you can check the doneness closely~ The garnish was vegetables: potato, mushroom, tomato, onion and more, served by type to eat with the steak! Then there were whole grain mustard and pesto, both things I love, so I got excited the second I saw them, haha. Now, time to take a bite of that steak, right?

How did the steak at Kin's Dining taste?
The salchi-sal steak at Kin's Dining had a real beefy flavor and was so tender it melted in my mouth. With the first bite, I got that beefy aroma and the tenderness at the same time, and it was really good~ It felt like it was melting in my mouth.

With the pesto, it was light yet fresh, and it paired well with the meat! Eating it with Maldon salt was clean and tasty too. Being able to eat it however you like is even better, haha. And the more I ate, the more I liked the doneness. Not having to decide on my own was easy and nice. It felt like they served it at the perfect point without me saying anything! You know what I mean? Haha.

Grilled vegetable garnish
The grilled vegetables served with the Dining Special Steak were flavorful and went well with it. The vegetables that came with the meat were really good! Taking a bite of each grilled vegetable, the combo with the steak was great and the flavor was lovely, so I really enjoyed it~ I finished my Dining Special Steak at Kin's Dining right to the end!
Kin's Dining near Jeongja Station: overall verdict
Kin's Dining near Jeongja Station was lovely: a stylish space with a standout exotic atmosphere, and a tasty Dining Special Steak! Both the steak and the grilled vegetables were delicious, so I had an enjoyable meal~ Next time I'd like to try other dishes like pasta or a salad.
