Pyeongchon facial salon: ₩120,000 V-line small face care, Esthetia

Hello everyone~~~ I've been noticing more wrinkles lately and my skin has lost some firmness. On top of that, if I skip contour care once in a while, I feel like my face gets more and more asymmetrical 🥹🥹 So I visited an aesthetic salon near Pyeongchon Station for contour care.

Location and reservations at Esthetia Pyeongchon Branch 1

This is Esthetia (에스테티아), the Pyeongchon Station salon I visited for small-face contour care~ It's within a 5-minute walk of Pyeongchon Station. Just come up to Room 320 on the 3rd floor. Since the care is one-on-one, you have to visit by reservation!!!

What are the opening hours?

On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays it's open from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Thursdays and Fridays it's open from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays are regular days off!!! Since it's open late on weekdays too, it's a great fit for office workers.

Interior and parking

I went inside!!! It feels clean and upscale. If you come by car, they said they cover 1 hour 30 minutes of parking. There's also a parking lot in the building, so it's convenient.

If you arrive a bit before your reservation, there's a sofa where you can wait. Actually, even though I came early, the staff member greeted me warmly and showed me right in.😊😊😊

Consultation first, and contours seen through plaster masks

Before any facial, skin or contour care begins, you decide which care to get after a good long chat~~

Through the many plaster masks lined up on the side, I learned you can clearly see with your own eyes that the face gets smaller after care~~~ And isn't it kind of proof, with so many people visiting and their facial contours really getting more defined, shown through the plaster masks??!!??haha

The staff member who does the treatment explains everything in great detail. With the mirror on the desk, my own face, and her explanation, I got to compare while looking at my actual face. I definitely got the feeling she knows a lot about facial muscles.

The care goes in a little more detailed, following the priority of my needs: whatever is the biggest problem on my face right now or what would be nice to improve~~

Lockers, amenities, and the ₩120,000 treatment I chose

After talking it through and choosing today's type of care, you're shown to a locker, take off your top and change into a different top gown. I felt reassured that you can lock up your belongings with a key~~

After the care, there's dry shampoo, shampoo and a hair dryer you can use. The contour options are varied: contour care, 3D contour care, active repair contour and more. I was interested in a small face and V-line, so I chose the small-face V-line intensive care!!! It's ₩120,000.

I was shown to a private, quiet room, and the treatment bed was really clean too. You feel a warmth like a hot pack from the back, underneath you. Lying there, you get sleepy!

With several kinds of cleansing, the buildup on my face was washed away cleanly. On top of that, she corrected my facial asymmetry with a pressure that wasn't harsh. I thought it would be so good to visit Esthetia near Pyeongchon Station regularly for contour care.

While lying there, K-pop songs were playing, and I got so into it I was singing along in my head.... I figured from the start there was no way I'd fall asleep. Hahaha So since that was the case, I switched to enjoying the K-pop. This photo is from mid-treatment, so ugly-face warning...🤣🤣🤣

Décolleté care and hydrating soothing pack

Décolleté care is done along with the first pack. After the hydrating pack with the décolleté work, she finally put on a hydrating soothing pack, nice and relaxed. The décolleté work loosened my tight neck and shoulders a bit and it felt like my range of motion increased, which I loved~~+

Lower-face line before and after

Honestly, just looking at the lower face, the difference is obvious, right...!?! The left is before and the right is after the contour care! My complexion felt clearer and brighter, and my contours felt more defined. And it even felt like my jawline became a V-line!?!
