How does the weekday evening wait at Low Five Anguk work?
Even around 6pm on a weekday, Low Five Anguk had a wait. You register on the Catch Table at the entrance, then go in when a KakaoTalk message arrives.
I came around 6 on a weekday and, oh! We had to wait. There was also a notice at the entrance with tips for using Low Five Anguk more comfortably.

Pre-ordering while joining the Catch Table wait list
There is a menu at the entrance of Low Five Anguk, and you can place your order at the same time as you register on the Catch Table. I had already decided what to eat, so I finished ordering while we waited.

Then the message to come in arrived,

and when we stepped inside,

Low Five Anguk atmosphere and seating
Low Five Anguk has an open kitchen at the front, with a bar counter facing it.
The exotic feel and the lighting come together for a mood that is both romantic and lively! There were a lot of couples on dates, and seeing the atmosphere, I understood why people wait to get in.

If you couldn't order while waiting, you can use the QR code on each table.

Classic Caesar salad with torched lemon that keeps it light
At Low Five Anguk, the jalapeños, which were seriously spicy, were set out first, and then the first dish arrived: the classic Caesar salad.

The fresh lemon came scorched by a torch, and squeezing it over the salad made it not the least bit heavy. The classic Caesar salad comes with lemon, ranch dressing and Reggiano, and it works well as an appetizer while you wait for the mains.

What does the corn pizza at Low Five Anguk taste like?
The corn pizza, one of Low Five Anguk's signature dishes, costs ₩25,000. It combines white truffle cream, bacon, chili shrimp, butter seasoning and grilled corn, and it came out second.

Nicely charred corn is topped on whole, and bacon tucked between the cheese makes the flavor richer. The crunchy corn and crisp dough are so good, and

Hot sauce and cheese powder from the self-service bar
I grabbed hot sauce and cheese powder from the self bar at Low Five Anguk and sprinkled them on the corn pizza, and the classic pizza flavor really stood out. Sprinkling something tasty on top of something tasty, how could it not be good?

Limited-quantity classic lasagna, reheated if it cools
Another signature dish at Low Five Anguk, the classic lasagna, costs ₩23,000 and is sold in limited quantity. It hadn't sold out that day, so we could order it.
The classic lasagna is baked with a long-simmered tomato ragù, béchamel and mozzarella. Layer after layer of béchamel, one of the five mother sauces of French cooking, and mozzarella, baked together!

I scooped up a big spoonful like a spoonable pizza, and it felt like eating pasta and pizza at the same time, which was extra satisfying. They say they will reheat the lasagna if it cools while you eat, so slow eaters can ask for that.
