What is the atmosphere like at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch?
37.5 Signature Mia Branch is a modern, stylish brunch space with navy and blue tones, marble walls and soft lighting. The bright, polished mood is the first thing you notice when you walk in, and it felt like the warmth of a brunch café combined with the elegance of a dining restaurant.

Overall it felt modern and clean, and stylish objects placed here and there brought the space to life even more.
The large wall clock with Roman numerals was especially memorable. It is the focal point of the restaurant and gives it a classic yet refined feel.
Seating ranges from tables for two to tables for four or more, and the spacing between tables is generous, so I could eat comfortably. The calm, quiet mood suits dates, family meals and get-togethers with friends.

Self-serve bar, high chairs and power bank rental
37.5 Signature Mia Branch has a self-bar and baby chairs, which made it convenient to use. The self-bar was neatly stocked with water, cups, wet wipes and small plates, and there were kids' cups too. I liked how considerate it is toward families.

Framed pictures hang at the entrance, giving it a gallery-like feel. Gold-toned lighting and white interiors work together for an upscale mood, and there is even a multi-charger and power bank rental service, which was handy.

What should you know before visiting, and are there any events?
Each table has a tablet that explains how to use the restaurant, and you can connect to the Wi-Fi easily with a QR code. Overall it was convenient and well explained, which I liked.
There are detailed restroom directions too, so even first-time visitors can find it without trouble.

If you join the receipt review event, you get a free Americano or soft drink, and if you join the Instagram post event, you get a limited discount on main dishes. Nice little extras for your visit.

What comes on the classic American brunch plate, and how much is it?
I ordered the hearty American brunch (₩18,900) and an iced Americano (₩5,500). The brunch plate comes with the following:
- French toast
- Pancakes
- Scrambled eggs
- Bacon
- Sausage
- Hash browns
- Salad
- Fruit

As soon as the food arrived, I was happy to see so much packed onto one plate. From sweet dishes to a fresh salad, the variety was plenty for a brunch meal.

French toast, fluffy pancakes and maple syrup
The first things that caught my eye on the American brunch plate were the French toast and pancakes.

The golden French toast was topped with powdered sugar and nutty sliced almonds, and it looked delicious, with fluffy pancakes served behind it.

With maple syrup, the moist texture and gentle sweetness really came alive, and adding the berry jam that came on the side gave a sweet-tart flavor.

The pancakes in particular were the most memorable treat of the day. The texture was fluffy and soft, and they weren't too sweet, so they were easy to enjoy.
Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns
The scrambled eggs were moist and soft, with parsley adding a clean flavor. The golden bacon was salty and added savory depth to the brunch.
The grilled sausage was big and rich in flavor, and the hash browns were crispy outside and fluffy inside, with real potato flavor.

My personal recommended combo is French toast drizzled with maple syrup, eaten with bacon or scrambled eggs. That sweet-and-salty pairing (danjjan) worked really well.
Grapefruit salad and the surprisingly good avocado side
The salad was satisfying too. Grapefruit and cherry tomatoes on fresh greens added a refreshing note, and the snow-flake cheese on top gave it a nutty richness.

The avocado side that came with the brunch plate was a surprise highlight. Soft, creamy avocado with a spicy-salty seasoning brought out its rich flavor, and it cleansed my palate between the sweet pancakes and French toast. It looks like a small addition, but it really rounds out the brunch. 🥑✨

Iced Americano with the American brunch plate
The iced Americano (₩5,500) I ordered with the brunch was clean and cold, balancing the sweetness of the pancakes and French toast nicely. The meal and coffee combination made it a lovely, unhurried brunch.

Verdict: is 37.5 Signature Mia Branch worth a return visit for brunch?
37.5 Signature Mia Branch is a brunch favorite near Gireum Station, and I was happy with everything: the tasty brunch food, the stylish space and the convenient service. The American brunch plate, with pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and salad, gives you lots of flavors and textures at once, so satisfaction was high.
The fluffy pancakes with maple syrup were memorable enough that I'm still thinking about them, and the relaxed atmosphere made for an unhurried brunch. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for brunch or a date spot around Gireum Station, Mia or Seongbuk, and next time I want to come back and try other brunch dishes and the pasta.
