Fall wine-red magnetic gel nails at Maison de Dia, Anyang nail salon

I wanted autumn nails, so I went to Maison de Dia Beomgye (메종드다이아 범계점), a nail salon near Beomgye Station 💅 This time I picked a moody wine-red magnetic gel, and I was totally happy with everything from the color to the shape and thickness! I especially loved how delicate they were from the gel removal through the cuticle care. It's been a week since I had them done and my nails are still clean with no hangnails, which makes me even happier haha

Maison de Dia Beomgye is about 284 m from Exit 1 of Beomgye Station! It's not far from the station, which was so nice~ It's in the building with Sulbing and Ediya, so it wasn't hard to find, haha

How do you book Maison de Dia Beomgye, and what is inside?

I booked ahead and paid a ₩30,000 deposit by bank transfer. As soon as I arrived I could leave my things in a private locker, which was great! I didn't have to hold on to my bag or belongings, so it was much more comfortable during the treatment.

You can also pick a drink, like at a hair salon ☺️ I chose an iced Americano, and I loved sipping it at leisure while getting my nails done.

There are also lots of nail artists. When I went, 6 people were getting their nails done at the same time, haha. It feels like the big corporation of nail salons 👍👍

Were the gel removal and cuticle care thorough?

I still had old nails on, so we started with gel removal. You always worry a bit that removal will damage your nails, but the technician's touch was really delicate and careful! I could feel she was making sure not to strain my nails, so I trusted her from the start.

The nail care itself was satisfying too. She tidied my cuticles neatly, and since I tend to get hangnails easily, this matters a lot to me. A week after the treatment, hangnails have barely come up and my hands are still neat 🥰

Are there many nail colors and magnetic gel options?

After the prep, it was finally time to choose a color. Maison de Dia Beomgye showed me a color chart along with their new gels, and I was surprised by how many more colors there were than I'd expected 🫢 Besides regular color gels there were plenty of magnetic gels, and the new colors included lots of trendy shades.

After a long time deliberating, I chose a wine-red magnetic gel that suits autumn. It's calm but still a statement color, so it seemed perfect for fall nails ♥️

How did the wine-red magnetic gel nails turn out?

I'm super, super satisfied with the wine-red magnetic gel nails ☺️ She kept checking whether the lamp was too hot while applying the color, so I could relax, and she caught the magnetic shimmer beautifully, which I love!

The speed was also great. Even though she was thorough, it finished earlier than I expected. And the things you quietly worry about after nails are thickness and shape, but the thickness was even and the overall shape was neat. No nail felt thick while another felt thin, the finish was uniform, and I was so, so happy with it!

The depth that's typical of wine red plus the subtle sparkle of the magnetic gel makes my hands look so much more elegant, haha. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a one-color magnetic nail for autumn rather than something too flashy~ 💅

Maison de Dia Beomgye had a wide range of colors and new gels, and the gel removal and cuticle care were delicate, so I was happy! I especially liked that the nail thickness and shape were even and that they still look clean after a week.
