Beomgye pasta restaurant, crab risotto lunch with Mom: Two Find Peter

I went to Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch (투파인드피터 범계점) for a relaxed lunch with my mom, something we hadn't done in a while. I usually love pasta and risotto, so I went in with high hopes, and I was happy with everything from the atmosphere to the food, so I wanted to share it.

When we went at lunchtime, the inside was clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax over a meal. The tables were spaced comfortably, so it was nice for chatting, and the bright, stylish interior caught my eye.

Some areas are decorated dark, like a wine bar, but we ate in a bright area that seemed like it would also suit a family meal or a date!

This time we ordered the seafood rosé pasta, the crab risotto and a Caesar salad. I was excited even before the food arrived, and the plating was neat, so it was great for photos too.

The crab risotto was personally the most memorable dish that day. The nutty flavor of the crab soaked through the whole risotto, and the soft texture was lovely. It wasn't mushy or too thick, with just the right consistency, so it was easy to eat without feeling heavy.

Every spoonful had a deep flavor, and the savory umami of the crab kept me going back for more. Mom and I kept urging each other to take one more bite, so you can tell how much we liked it.

The cheese also kept it warm, so I could enjoy it to the very end!

Is the Caesar salad a good side?

The staff were also kind and attentive, so I felt good the whole meal.

If you want to share good food and have a nice time with your mom, it's worth a visit. Next time, I plan to go back and try other pasta dishes and the steak too.
