Before the weather got any colder, my boyfriend and I wanted one more outdoor date, so we headed to Seonyudo Park. On nice days like these, relaxing in nature feels better than spending time indoors.

This time I wanted a proper picnic mood, so I rented picnic gear from Picnic List Seonyudo.

What's in the ₩28,000 camping set?

I chose the camping set at Picnic List Seonyudo. It costs ₩28,000, and the contents were better than I expected.

It included a wagon, picnic mat, folding table, 2 camping chairs, mood-light speaker, fan, book stand, picnic blanket, pillow cushion, 2 disposable cutlery sets, wet wipes and bug patches. Most of the basics for a picnic are in there, so there was little else to prepare. Two chairs meant my boyfriend and I could sit side by side, and the table made eating easy.

On the day I visited, the owner was there and helped us kindly, so we didn't miss anything we needed. We carried everything in the wagon. If you prepare a picnic yourself, there's a lot to haul, from the mat to chairs and a table. Loading it all in the wagon and pulling it along made getting around much easier.
The way from Picnic List Seonyudo to Seonyudo Park

Many people were heading from the shop to Seonyudo Park, so following those ahead of us made the route easy. There's also an elevator, which helped with the wagon and our things.

How was the camping set picnic at Seonyudo Park?
After arriving at Seonyudo Park, we picked a spot we liked and started our picnic.

The rented items were clean overall and comfortable to use. I first spread the mat, then set up the camping chairs and folding table. Once the big items were set up, the picnic space came together quickly.

Placing the mood-light speaker, fan, blanket and cushion one by one made it cozy. It gave off a real camping feel, and I was happy with it.

Sitting outside on a nice day and feeling the breeze gave me a calm I don't usually get.
Chatting with my boyfriend and looking at the scenery, I could set aside my tangled thoughts for a while. I understood why people do picnic dates on nice days.

Burger lunch, with wet wipes and cutlery from the set
We got to Seonyudo Park around lunchtime and ate the burgers we'd brought. The set includes wet wipes and disposable cutlery, which came in handy for the meal.

Since everything you need is in the set, I personally liked not having to buy lots of gear or pack it all from home.

I think it would work well not just for couple dates but also for outings with friends.
How do you return items at Picnic List Seonyudo?

After enjoying the picnic, go back to the shop by the stated return time, put the items on the return shelf and scan the QR code. Done!

Just like renting, returning was easy. Once you return everything, you can head home light without hauling heavy stuff, which I liked too, haha.
