How did I apply my first cleansing balm?
I usually use cleansing oil or cleansing cream, so this was my first time trying a cleansing balm. Following the directions, I applied it evenly to a dry face.
How much tint did it remove?
I put the tint I normally use onto a spoon and rubbed it with the cleansing balm. After rubbing it thoroughly and washing my hands, the tint seemed to come off cleanly.
I also applied it to both sides of the back of my hand to check the cleansing feel, and by my standards, it felt like it removed makeup well.
Did I check blackhead removal too?
I did not specifically check whether it removed blackheads during this use. I only noted that I planned to check while continuing to use it.
