Mugwort soy milk powder baked into thick cookies: Garu Seonsaeng

Garu Seonsaeng Mix-in Raw Soy Milk Mugwort is a powdered soy milk made from Korean soybeans and Korean mugwort, mixed at 2 included scoops (about 30g) per 150–180ml of water. The powder dissolved with just a spoon even in cold water, tasting nutty with no beany off-flavour and a faint mugwort aroma at the finish. Beyond drinking, Garu Seonsaeng Mugwort also went straight into cookie dough for thick mugwort cookies, with no separate mugwort or soy powder needed.
