Decaf milk foam latte and carrot rapée pasta at Meolmeol Pangyo
Meolmeol Pangyo is a Mediterranean-style brunch café on the Pangyo Station café street in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. On a second visit, the writer ordered raspberry endive salad, truffle cream pasta with added carrot rapée, and a decaf milk foam latte. The decaf beans still tasted great and the carrot rapée came piled high, giving one more reason to come back.
