I visited Cenacolo Artfore (체나콜로 아트포레), an Italian restaurant in Songdo Artfore, to eat with acquaintances. This was my fourth visit. It is a place that comes to mind when I want a relaxed meal in a quiet, calm atmosphere.

How do you get there from Central Park Station, and is parking available?
Cenacolo Artfore is in Unit 211 on the second floor of Artfore Building C, 140 m from Exit 2 of Central Park Station. Free parking is also available in the Artfore building.

Artfore has a charming building atmosphere. Each time I visit, its warm brick exterior puts me at ease.

Several Blue Ribbon stickers were displayed at the entrance. According to the original post, hours are 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, with a break from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and last orders at 9:00 PM. The post also states that reservations, group visits, and takeout are available.
What were the atmosphere and lunchtime crowds like for dining with acquaintances?
There were plenty of tables, and the calm atmosphere made it comfortable to eat with acquaintances. When we entered at 11:00 AM, it was quiet, but all the tables were full by noon on the day of my visit.

I could see the seat where I had sat before. This time, an acquaintance who arrived first had taken a table on the other side and was waiting.

What did we order, and how much did it cost?
The menu included salads, soup, pasta, gnocchi, risotto, and steak. This time, we paired lasagna and matsutake mushroom cream risotto with lemon ade and grapefruit ade.

- Lasagna ₩26,000
- Matsutake mushroom cream risotto ₩23,000
- Lemon ade ₩7,000
- Grapefruit ade ₩7,000
- Total order amount ₩63,000
I waited for the food while looking at the neatly set plates and cutlery.

How were the bread and fruit ades?
The bread, house-made pickles, and drinks arrived first.

The bread was crisp outside and moist inside. The lemon ade and grapefruit ade, made with house-made fruit syrup, were not overly artificial in sweetness; they had a refreshing quality and a fruity aroma.

What did the matsutake mushroom cream risotto and lasagna taste like?
The main dishes arrived as I talked with my acquaintance. The matsutake mushroom cream risotto was a dish I had liked on an earlier visit, and again I enjoyed its creamy but not heavy flavor.

The aroma of matsutake mushrooms and the flavor of truffle oil came together well, making it a dish to savor slowly.

The lasagna was filling, with cheese, eggplant, and minced meat coming together richly. The ingredients worked well in every layer, and I enjoyed it through the last bite.

Once again, I had a satisfying meal with acquaintances in a calm atmosphere. It is a place I would think of when looking for an Italian restaurant near Songdo Central Park for a meal together or a date.
