Visiting with a wife 36 weeks pregnant, the writer ordered the signature fresh galbi (short rib) and the 9-step set, and after showing proof of pregnancy the couple received a free tortilla pizza with honey. Between sushi topped with fresh wasabi and just-grilled galbi, three group rooms seating 12 to 30, and a dessert corner with patbingsu and Starbucks bean iced coffee, Gogi 9dan was worth remembering from the first bite to the last.
