Today's post is a review of the fresh mango snow bingsu (shaved ice dessert) at Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store, a café near Simhaksan in Paju that's known for its mango bingsu!
After lunch with my younger brother, we headed to a dessert café near Simhaksan that I'd been wanting to try for a while — Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store. It's also fairly close to Paju Lotte Premium Outlets, so it'd be a great stop for something sweet after shopping too. I'd had my eye on it for a while whenever I was looking for Simhaksan café desserts, so I was excited to finally go.

Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store has its own dedicated parking lot. We got there around 1pm, and cars kept pulling in the whole time — clearly a popular spot.
Walking in, rows of fresh mangoes on display immediately caught my eye.
The fruit fridge was also packed with mango, peaches, pineapple, melon and more. Being a fruit-focused spot, everything looked so fresh just by sight — I could tell it'd be a hit with anyone hunting for a great mango bingsu place in Paju.
We grabbed a seat before ordering. Even though it was past lunchtime, so many people were coming through Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store. Lots of them seemed to have eaten around Simhaksan and come here for dessert afterward. Families, friends, couples on dates, even groups — all kinds of visitors. The place isn't small, but it was nearly full. You could really feel how popular it is with people looking for a Simhaksan café.

After ordering, they hand you a Fruit Forest buzzer — it comes in bright, colorful designs, so even the buzzer was cute. We waited for our fresh mango snow bingsu to arrive!
