Beomgye pasta spot, spicy crabby pasta vs risotto: Two Find Peter

Today I'm sharing how I happily worked my way through pasta, risotto, gnocchi and arancini at Two Find Peter, a Beomgye favorite of mine. It's a place I personally love, so I've visited many times and tried lots of different dishes haha.

Today I had two pastas and arancini, but about 3 days earlier I also paid for risotto and gnocchi myself, so this is one big review of everything!!!!

Where is Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch, and what are the hours?

Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is on the 5th floor of the Park Avenuel building, and since it uses the whole floor, it's comfortable to visit. There are seats for waiting, and when it's full you can join the waitlist on Catchtable!

• Hours: 11:00-22:00
• Break time: 15:00-17:00
• No break time on weekends
• Building restrooms (separate for men and women)

What are the atmosphere and tables like?

First off, the tables are spaced widely and the inside is really big! The mood is nice too, so it's perfect for wedding invitation gatherings, dates or blind dates. Personally I love that the tables are big. Even if you order lots of dishes, the table is very roomy!

Maybe because they host so many wedding invitation gatherings, there's even a photo zone full of flowers! Using a whole floor makes the space wide and open, which I love. Even with such a big space, it's such a tasty Beomgye pasta place that there's a wait on weekends.

The menu covers salads, oil pasta, tomato pasta, cream pasta, risotto, gnocchi, pilaf, steak, pizza and sides. Even the steak is reasonably priced, so you can enjoy it without worry!

I've tried pasta, risotto, salad and steak here, and even I, someone who doesn't eat salad, like the Caesar salad at Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch..!!!?

• Pasta: aglio e olio, vongole, pollock roe oil pasta, hot shrimp garlic pasta, ragu fettuccine, seafood rosé pasta, lasagna, truffle fettuccine, spicy crabby pasta, gorgonzola cream fettuccine, abalone innards cream pasta and more
• Risotto: whole squid ink risotto, seafood tomato risotto, gorgonzola mushroom cream risotto and more
• Pilaf: chicken pilaf, shrimp pilaf
• Gnocchi: four-cheese gnocchi, mushroom cream gnocchi
• Drinks: wine, highballs, beer

Even dishes that are hard to come by normally, like gnocchi, are available at reasonable prices!!! My absolute favorite is the spicy crabby risotto!!! I order it every single time I come, hehe. This time I ordered the spicy crabby pasta, vongole pasta and arancini~

Draft beer and bread before the meal

I love that they sell beer here. Pasta goes so well with an ice-cold draft beer haha.

The bread comes out first. As a kid I liked garlic bread, but now I'm a grown-up who appreciates that olive oil + balsamic vinegar flavor~~ (?)

Vongole pasta: is the portion generous?

The vongole came out first! Most dishes get ready without a long wait, which is nice. I was torn between it and the aglio e olio, but that was sold out the day I visited.

Another reason I like Two Find Peter is the hearty portions. Even I, who always feel pasta places give too little, find the amount satisfying here!!!

Spicy crabby pasta vs risotto: what's the difference?

The spicy crabby pasta has more sauce than the risotto, while in the spicy crabby risotto the rice grains soak up the sauce. I'd only ever had the risotto and ordered the pasta for the first time this visit, so I think you can just go by taste!!!! If you want lots of seafood, I also recommend the seafood rosé pasta.

Trying arancini for the first time

The arancini (fried rice balls) at Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is ragu sauce risotto with cheese inside, fried and served with sauce, and the thick sauce underneath was delicious!!!!

Eating all this between two of us, I thought my stomach would burst. The food comes out neat and pretty, so it's great for a Beomgye date and tastes amazing too!!!!!!!!! Two Find Peter, the Beomgye pasta place that satisfies me every time.

Since there's cheese inside the arancini, it's best eaten right when it arrives. And you have to dip it in lots~~~~ of the sauce underneath haha.

Dip it generously like this~~ and the rich, rosé-like? sauce blends with the rice into something nutty and delicious. A dish I tried for the first time!

The spicy crabby pasta, as expected, is a rich, spicy cream full of crab meat, and a mouthful is so good... In the risotto the rice soaks up all the sauce, but the pasta's sauce comes separately, so mix it well and eat it before it gets too thick, is my tip! Beomgye pasta didn't disappoint me again today..?><

Same week, paid myself: crabby risotto, ragu fettuccine and mushroom gnocchi

This is the spicy crabby risotto I paid for myself the same week! Firm al dente rice and creamy sauce, the kind you just keep eating, wow..

Fettuccine ragu pasta! Packed with meat, and I loved the mouthful of flavor. I really did try a bit of everything, right? haha

And finally the mushroom gnocchi. Chewy gnocchi with a creamy sauce underneath and a punch of garlic aroma, nutty, fragrant and delicious.

Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is my nth-revisit, paid-myself favorite, satisfying from atmosphere to taste to price. I enjoyed it again today and I'm definitely going back!!!!!!!!
