Large two-story café with rice-paddy view in Seocheon: 1998 Myeongcafe
1998 Myeongcafe (1998명카페) is a large two-story café on the roadside in Seomyeon, Seocheon, Chungnam, about 10 minutes from Chunjangdae, Wolhaseong and Biin beaches. The second floor overlooks green rice paddies, and though dessert was sold out except for cookies, the wide parking lot and next-door annex make it a solid stop for group visits or a quick takeout iced Americano.
