Damisik is a restaurant where an owner-chef with 20 years of experience serves fusion dishes combining Korean and Chinese cooking, and Damisik's kitchen makes more than 80% of the menu components, including sauces, seasoning pastes and broth bases, in house. Damisik's signature stone-plate jjajang arrives with seafood on a stone plate heated to 300℃, so the jjajang stays hot until the last bite. Damisik's pollack liver stew and pollack innards hotpot contain pollack fillet, roe and milt along with pollack liver, and the chef sources these ingredients personally from Noryangjin Fish Market.
The volcano jjamppong included in Damisik's set menus is a jjamppong hotpot with thinly sliced beef brisket and oysters, and Damisik also offers Chinese dishes such as Dongpo pork and yuringi. Damisik has sharing options for groups, such as a set for 4 combining stone-plate jjajang, volcano jjamppong and Dongpo pork, and the Damisik dining room seats up to 54 at nine 4-person tables, three 6-person tables and three 8-person tables.
