Daonjung is a shabu restaurant where minari (water dropwort) and vegetables are cooked in a beef bone broth simmered with hwangchil (Korean dendropanax) wood. The basic course at Daonjung has five parts: minari and vegetable shabu, beef, Wando kelp kalguksu noodles, and a turmeric pollack roe porridge to finish.
