THE MUA is a Tanbang-dong Western restaurant serving pasta and dishes developed by an owner-chef who studied in Australia and worked with chefs there. THE MUA's lobster croquettes are made from lobster boiled in-house, with the meat picked out by hand and prepared using a method the chef learned from a British chef. At THE MUA, the jambon is cured in-house and then cooked sous-vide, the salmon and steak are aged in-house, and the salads use homemade ricotta.
