HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm comes in a 100ml size, with a white spatula inside the container. The product was black and had a texture like firm Vaseline, leaving marks where I scooped it out.

When applied to my face, it adhered according to the pressure I used, and it spread smoothly when I rolled it with my hands. The black color felt unfamiliar at first, but it made it easy to see where and how much I had applied. It did not stain my skin during use.

Did it remove eyeliner too?

I usually wear cushion foundation, eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, and eyebrow makeup. I tested it on Kiss Me eyeliner, using eyeliner that does not come off easily as my benchmark.
