Hyehwa pasta with gochujang butter sauce at Omil Hyehwa Daehangno

I heard there was a great pasta spot near Hyehwa Station with cute Rubber Duck omurice, pasta, and tasty sides too, so I went!

Omil Hyehwa Daehangno is straight ahead after you come out of Exit 4 at Hyehwa Station! It is on the second floor, haha.

Pretty food posters were up on the way upstairs, so I was getting excited. I wanted to eat right away,,!

The inside was so spacious! The interior was super cute and neat, with such a nice vibe, haha. I think it would be great for a date with your partner, parents, or child.

The menu has review events, set menus, mains, sides, and drinks! We wanted to try everything, so we ordered the signature gochujang butter pasta and Rubber Duck omurice, plus truffle fries and basil tomato ade.

For water, pickles, and tissues, you can use the self-service bar! It was clean and nicely organized, which I loved!

The basil tomato ade came out first. It looked so delicious just from its gorgeous color. Make sure to stir it well! Basil and tomato can never be bad together, haha.

These are the truffle fries. They had a gentle truffle aroma, and the fries' sweet-and-salty combination was so good.

They were exactly the thickness I love, so I kept reaching for them. I highly recommend them as a side!

What does the gochujang butter pasta taste like?

This is the gochujang butter pasta. I think this was my first time seeing gochujang butter pasta on a menu, so I was curious.

The cream sauce was rich and thick, spicy, and full of buttery nuttiness, so it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and soft too—it was totally the kick, haha.

Cute Rubber Duck omurice

This is the Rubber Duck omurice. Isn't the omurice decoration so pretty? ㅠㅠ You can take that tube Rubber Duck home! It was so cute that I brought it home to use as decor.

The sauce was delicious, and the fried rice was salmon fried rice, so it was seriously good! Don't think of ordinary omurice, hehe. It is really, really delicious,,.

I was so happy because my boyfriend and I had such a delicious, fun meal while fully enjoying the lovely vibe ~~ If you are looking for great pasta in Hyehwa, I highly recommend Omil Hyehwa Daehangno for its wonderful atmosphere!
