Yeoju dakgalbi restaurant with a big parking lot: Seorak Makguksu

In short

Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi Yeoju IC Branch is a charcoal-grilled dakgalbi (grilled chicken) and makguksu (chilled buckwheat noodle) restaurant on Sejong-ro in Yeoju, Gyeonggi, near Yeoju Premium Outlets. After shopping, the writer ordered two servings of soy sauce charcoal dakgalbi at 14,000 won per 250g, bibim makguksu and rice, and a staff member grilled everything, rice cake sticks included, from start to finish, which made the meal easy with a child. With a wide parking lot right out front and a self-serve side dish corner, Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi is a safe bet for a family dinner.

I went shopping near Yeoju Premium Outlets and stopped by 'Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi', which greets you first with a spacious, well-organized parking lot out front. ^^ Because the parking space is so generous, families with kids or new drivers can pull in without any parking stress~~

Ta-da, it's huge. The inside of the restaurant is just as spacious and pleasant as the exterior.

Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi menu and prices

The main dish at Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi Yeoju IC Branch is, of course, charcoal-grilled dakgalbi, available in two versions: seasoned charcoal dakgalbi and soy sauce charcoal dakgalbi (each 250g, ₩14,000). Beyond that, there's a good spread of meal options like bibim makguksu (spicy mixed noodles) and jat-mul makguksu (pine nut cold noodle soup), plus sides like meat pancake, meat king dumplings, and buckwheat kimchi dumplings that pair well together. It's a great place to bring kids too.

Seating and the wall menu that older guests can read easily

The interior seemed to have been recently redone, with wood tones and soft ambient lighting creating a clean, refined atmosphere.^^ When a place is clean, it just naturally puts you more at ease, right? The tables were spaced generously and seating was comfortable, making it a great fit for group gatherings or family dinners

On the wall, the full menu and country-of-origin labeling were displayed on neat black interior panels, easy to read at a glance—so even older guests unfamiliar with tablet ordering can check the menu comfortably~~

Self-serve side dish corner and the basic table setting

Self-serve side dish corner

After ordering, I looked around the neatly organized self-serve side dish bar on one side of the restaurant. Lettuce, radish salad, young radish kimchi, and pickled perilla leaves were all prepared generously and hygienically.

Oh, and dakgalbi can only be ordered starting at two servings~ It comes pre-grilled once.

Basic table setup with dongchimi and pickled cabbage

The basic table setup includes tangy, cool dongchimi (radish water kimchi) broth, thinly sliced pickled cabbage, fresh lettuce, garlic, and a special sauce. None of the side dishes were too strongly seasoned—each was clean and light, perfect for pairing with the meat.

Takeout discount on 2 or more servings of dakgalbi

Oh, and the tablet on the table also displayed a notice for a dakgalbi takeout discount event. Ordering two servings or more for takeout gets you a significantly discounted price, which seemed really handy if you want to grab extra to bring home after eating. Haha, it seemed like it'd be great for packing for a camping trip too

Charcoal grill brought to the table

Soy sauce charcoal dakgalbi grilled by staff from start to finish

The charcoal came out and our ordered soy sauce charcoal dakgalbi arrived. One of this place's biggest perks is that the staff kindly grill the meat for you from beginning to end! ^^ Seriously the best......

When you go to a grilled meat restaurant with kids, you're usually too busy grilling to actually eat, but here the staff grilled the meat and rice cake sticks skillfully so nothing burned and everything turned out golden brown, letting us focus purely on the meal. ㅠ_ㅠ So touched

I tried a bite of the perfectly grilled soy sauce dakgalbi. There was zero gamey smell, and the meat was so tender it melted in your mouth. It wasn't overpowering, and the sweet-savory balance was perfect, winning over kids' palates as well as adults of all ages~haha. Why can't I ever get this flavor at home haha, should I buy a charcoal grill table lol

How does bibim makguksu taste with the dakgalbi?

The bibim makguksu we ordered alongside the meat came topped generously with nutty sesame, seaweed flakes, and a signature sauce—it looked mouthwatering just from the visual.

Mixed makguksu noodles with a piece of dakgalbi

Wrapping a well-mixed strand of makguksu noodles with a piece of golden-grilled dakgalbi and eating them together was an amazing combination of spicy-tangy and nutty flavors. Wrapping fresh lettuce with crunchy radish salad and dakgalbi into one big bite was also a special treat.

From the spacious, comfortable parking lot to the clean interior, the staff's attentive grilling service, and most of all the tender, fresh dakgalbi flavor that both kids and adults can enjoy—this place was fully satisfying on every front. If you're visiting Yeoju Outlets or looking for a can't-miss restaurant near Yeoju, I strongly recommend 'Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi' without hesitation!
