How was the texture on dehydrated oily skin?

This is a cleansing balm introduced as suitable for dehydrated oily skin. When I opened the lid, the balm was a dark gray shade and felt soft, like scoopable pudding. Applied in an appropriate amount, it melted with body heat.

The packaging was black, and it arrived wrapped in cushioning material. A spatula was included inside the jar, so I could use it without scooping it out directly with my hands.

How did it remove makeup?

I used it to remove makeup in the evening. I applied eyeshadow to the back of my hand, added the product, and rolled it over repeatedly; I could see the color makeup melt away. It was cleaned up when I wiped it with a single tissue.

For light makeup, I used about one-third of a spatulaful; for heavier makeup, about half. The instructions said it can also be rolled over eye and lip makeup or sunscreen to remove them.

What is the order for using it on the face?

I first rolled the product over makeup on a dry face to remove it. After repeatedly rolling it around my eyes and lips too, I dampened my hands with a small amount of water and emulsified the product. I massaged areas where sebum or blackheads concerned me a little more carefully, then rinsed with lukewarm water.

How did it feel after cleansing?

Right after removing the product from the back of my hand, it left a moisturized feeling rather than roughness. The scent was subtle and did not feel strong or irritating. After rinsing with lukewarm water, my skin felt less tight.
