Bucheon hair salon for men's volume magic: Levia Hair
In short
Levia Hair Bucheon Branch is a hair salon on the third floor of City Office on Gilju-ro in Bucheon. Why did I get men's volume magic in Bucheon?
I returned to Levia Hair Bucheon Branch (르비아 헤어 부천점), where I had previously gone for a scalp clinic treatment, this time for men's volume magic. I had the cut styled as a see-through slick dandy cut.

I had tried curlier styles such as a see-through shadow perm before, but I felt a calm, neat style that falls naturally suited my face better. Still, I was concerned that magic straightening might flatten my hair too much and make it look stuck to my face, while too much volume might take it away from the clean look I wanted.

This time, too, I booked with the designer who had looked after me during my previous visit.
Where is Levia Hair Bucheon Branch, and is parking available?
The salon is on the third floor of City Office, at 221 Gilju-ro, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The original post lists its hours as 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, and parking is available in the building basement.

Designers' days off may vary, so it is necessary to check their schedules when booking. I was advised that for bookings before 10:00 AM, I should inquire by phone or Naver TalkTalk by 9:00 PM the previous day.
Could I consult comfortably inside the salon?

According to official information, the salon is about 100 pyeong, and it did feel spacious. There was also ample space between the treatment seats.

When the next seat is close, I sometimes feel a little self-conscious about discussing the style I want or my concerns. Here, there was enough distance between seats to make talking with the designer comfortable. Dogs are also allowed.
How did we discuss my fringe and down perm concerns?

What I consider important at a hair salon is the consultation before treatment. This time, too, I explained in detail what I wanted and what I wanted to avoid.

I asked that the down perm not press my hair down too strongly, and that the area where my fringe bends because of its natural growth direction be corrected as much as possible. I also made clear that it was important not to cut my fringe too short.

I tend to describe the fringe, sides, and parting that usually concern me in specific terms. I feel that sharing my preferences makes it easier to adjust the cut length and volume accordingly.
How were the volume magic and see-through slick dandy cut shaped?

The treatment I received this time was men's volume magic. I prefer styles that fall neatly rather than curly hair, so I have been keeping a straightened style lately.

Rather than straightening it so flat that it clung to my head, I wanted to keep the volume my head shape needed while arranging the overall direction of my hair. It was important to me to consider my fringe direction, how much the sides stick up, and the volume of my head shape together.

The cut was shaped in the style of a see-through slick dandy cut. The fringe falls lightly with a slight view of the forehead, while the sides and back are reduced in bulk for a neat silhouette.

It suited my taste because it did not look overly styled or stand out too much with work clothes or everyday outfits. Since the mood can change depending on how much fringe is left, I think bringing a reference photo to show during the consultation is one option.
What helped when explaining the length and volume I wanted?

I felt it was important to explain the look I wanted specifically.

For example, I point to the area where my fringe parts because of its natural growth direction and say, “This part keeps bending,” and if I am concerned about the length, I say, “Please do not cut my fringe shorter than this.”

This time, too, I mentioned every area that usually concerns me. I liked that the designer understood the direction I wanted and consulted with me accordingly.
Did the finished hair suit my taste?

For my taste, which favors a neat style that falls lightly rather than strong curls, I liked this result.

Above all, I liked being able to discuss and fine-tune the fringe length, natural hair growth direction, and down perm strength that I care about.
