When choosing a grilled meat restaurant, I care more about the quality, flavor, and bite of the meat than the quantity. From the first bite, the jumeok-gui had a nutty taste that made for a pleasant start to the meal.
Once the thick meat was cooked, the savory flavor of the outside went well with the tender meat inside. Although it was thick, it did not feel tough; instead, its nutty flavor lingered as I chewed. It also had a moderate amount of juice.
