Seogwipo ocean-view café with tangerine rice cake: Forest Jeongbang
In short
Forest Jeongbang is a café in Seogwipo, Jeju, with two floors, a rooftop, and a terrace. I ordered an Americano, Jeju matcha latte, and tangerine yogurt rice cake; the cake and lightly sweet latte were good, though the sea view from my first-floor seat was limited because the second floor was full.

I stopped by Forest Jeongbang (포레스트 정방) in Seogwipo, Jeju, for a short break before my next stop. I wanted to sit with a view of the sea, but the second floor was full, so I used the first floor. The view was a little disappointing, but I liked the tangerine yogurt rice cake and matcha latte I ordered.
Where is Forest Jeongbang, and is parking available?
The address is 9 Chilsimni-ro 214beon-gil, Seogwipo-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, South Korea. The hours listed in the original post were 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, with last orders at 6:30 PM. Pets, groups, and private rentals are also allowed.

There was a dedicated parking lot right next to the café, so parking was easy. It was free.

How do you order, and is there English information?
I ordered at a kiosk. There was also an English menu, and the café information by the entrance included English guidance.

Can you see the sea, and what seating is available?
The café has a first and second floor, as well as a rooftop and terrace. The posted seating options included bar tables, couple seats, solo seats, and sofa seating.

Before going in, I noticed colorful decorations with character dolls, including Psyduck, tanning Kitty, tangerines, and Pikachu.
I wanted to sit on the second floor, but it was full when I visited. I found a seat on the first floor instead; although I could see the sea, the view was not very clear.

The first floor where I sat was spacious and nicely air-conditioned, making it a comfortable place to rest.

I also saw customers using laptops on the second floor. According to the original post, there was no time limit for using the space.

What events and facilities were available during my visit?
Desserts and candles were for sale, and there was information about birthday and anniversary benefits. However, the original post did not state the specific benefits or terms of use.

There was also a no-lose prize draw event during my visit. The listed prizes were a first-prize Jeju hairtail gift set worth ₩150,000, a second-prize Jeju black pork gift set worth ₩100,000, and a third-prize Jeju tangerine gift set worth ₩50,000. Fourth prize was one house-made madeleine, and fifth prize was an immediate ₩1,000 discount.

Restrooms were available both inside and outside the café, with separate facilities for men and women.
How much were the drinks and tangerine rice cake, and how did they taste?
I ordered an iced Americano for ₩5,000, a Jeju matcha latte for ₩6,500, and a Jeju tangerine yogurt rice cake for ₩8,500.

I chose the Jeju tangerine yogurt rice cake because it was recommended on the menu. Its dairy whipped cream was soft and did not feel heavy to me. The tangerines inside were sweet, and choosing a tangerine dessert in Jeju was enjoyable.
The Jeju matcha latte was refreshing and not overly sweet, which I liked. I also ordered an Americano, but the original post did not include a separate taste review for it.

Because I had another stop to make, I took the remaining drinks to go. They added more ice, and the takeaway cups were green. The tangerine yogurt rice cake was my favorite part of this visit; next time, I would like to try the brown cheese croffle with an Americano as a set.
